Q: What types of civil rights cases do you handle?
A: I represent clients who are victims of police misconduct and employment discrimination in violation of their civil rights. Police misconduct cases can arise from officers’ use of excessive force, wrongful seizures, and unlawful searches and arrests. Another common source of civil rights violations comes from public and private employers. Employer violations include discrimination (race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion or disability), sexual harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination.
