
Travis Mayor is an experienced Portland personal injury attorney with the Law Offices of Michael Rosenbaum who represents personal injury clients throughout Oregon. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Michael Rosenbaum, Travis was an attorney for three years with Hoffman Hart & Wagner, a large civil litigation defense firm in downtown Portland. Travis successfully represented clients in state and federal courts, and practiced in the areas of personal injury, general negligence, employment law and civil rights. As an insurance defense attorney, Travis gained valuable experience and knowledge of how the insurance industry defends personal injury claims.
Travis earned his law degree from the University of the District of Columbia in 2005, where he graduated first in his class. Travis won his first jury trial as a second year law student. Travis also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review, was a Dean’s Fellow and a Joseph L. Raugh Scholarship recipient.
During law school, Travis worked as a clerk-intern for the Honorable Reggie B. Walton, United States District Court Judge for the District of Columbia. He also clerked in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C., the largest U.S. Attorney’s Office in the country.
Travis is a native Oregonian, who grew up in the Portland area. Travis earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University in 1994. Following graduation, Travis worked abroad in Dublin, Ireland and played rugby in New Zealand before returning to Portland. Prior to law school, Travis spent five years as a residential mortgage banker where he helped hundreds of local homeowners.
Travis lives in SW Portland with his wife and two daughters.
